8th day ... can I still go on?

Today is the 8th day of my juicing regimen, have lost approx 4kg. Can feel that my pants are looser =)

Went for my lymphatic massage on Monday and it was HELLLLLLLLLL ... v painful lar!! Jade (the therapatise) was pressing on those nobes and it was PAIN PAIN PAIN PAIN PAIN ... she said that the nobes at my gastric and liver area are blocked hence the pain. And its actually an improvement cos the last round when she massage for me ... I didnt feel anything! If its blocked and I dun feel anything, it means that the nobe is badly 'damaged'! So I just had to bear with it while she try to unblock those nobes

And she mentioned that I got lots of wind in my gastric which I already know. While she was massaging that area, I was burrrrrping non stop (so embrassing) but Jade told me to just go ahead to burp so that the wind can find an outlet to be released.

So the massage left me going home in pain and lots of worries lar cos there were like at least 10 nobes that were blocked and I kept burping non stop.

Yesterday was HORRIBLE!! Besides the constant burping, I could feel that my whole stomach was very bloated and I started to feel... nausea *faint* in the evening machiam I was pregnant like that!! And to make things worse, the horrible YC kept kicking my stomach (which was damn painful) when I was trying to make him zzz

Imagine painful stomach + constant burping + abit of heart burn + KICKING ... I ended up vomiting and surprisingly, I felt so much better after that. I guess I must have vomited out those excess acid which were creating such a havoc in my body!!

As far as I know, these are the stuff that one will go through while juicing cos your body is repairing itself and all the hidden medical condition will surface during this period ~ the recovery period!

But its such a torture really!! Not sure if I can tahan anymore ... ... just crossing my finger that the recovery stage will pass by real fast lar ... hope that I can still go on for just another 6 more days to make it 14 days k
